I'm crocheting a grocery bag. You know, one of those cotton mesh bags that are so handy 'cause they hold so much and crush down so easily.

Anyway, I'm about 1/2 done with it, and I don't have enough yarn. So... what do I do? I should have some more yarn around here somewhere. Who knows where, though. I'm thinking somewhere in the basement? Guh. I need to get more organized.

Maybe that's what I'll do today.

Ordered some sock yarn from [insanejournal.com profile] snapesgirl_62. I didn't know she had an online yarn shop!!! Hooray for supporting small businesses and Snarry fans at the same time, right?

It's Called Two Dogs Yarn Shop!"

Go ahead, check it out... ^_^

Anyway, I've got a couple of doll friends who will buy sweaters from me if I make them, and that self-striping sock and baby yarn is the perfect size and gauge for it, and after seeing it in action yesterday at the show, I think I could get $20 a sweater!

For now, though, I need to find some cotton. I refuse to buy more when I know I have some around here somewhere.

Does anyone need crochet/knitting patterns? I ended up with duplicates of several of those cute little bernat/patons books.

EDIT: I found it!! I knew I had some around here somewhere. Only three little balls of it, but it's enough. Well, two and a half. The problem is that the ball that I think would go best with this pink is the green half one...

Doesn't matter. It's a grocery bag, not a prom purse, right?
