What is it with this morbid fascination I have with bad fanfiction?

And when I say bad, I mean baaaaaaaaaaad. So OOC and AU that the characters are more Muggle than Wizard until it comes to sex.

Oh, and "hahahahahahahah!" to "shooting forth ropes of exploding white liquid heat." (only slightly changed to protect the innocent.)

FFN, I love you. Seriously.

It's so tempting. You know, when I feel exceptionally depressed and worthless, I sometimes go and read the bad fics on ffn to make myself feel better.

Yeah, and this one had the advantage of a syrupy and compassionate Snape and a swooning, weak, and star-struck Harry.

There are so many of them, you know.

Reminds me of the time I had to beta a weepy, overemotional, flighty Minerva who fell for an equally weepy, non-evil, shallow Bellatrix. In Paris. Um. Right...

It's soooo validating to read this stuff, lol. I must be a good author, because at least I'm not doing x! Though whenever I go out to look for them I can only find the boring, mediocre ffn fic, not the atrocities. They should have a special category or something, to save us the time. XD

I usually browse through forced bonding fics. Those are often the worst and I have a weakness for them. ^_^
