I have three very soft bananas.
When I was living in Georgia, and again in Louisiana, they had these things called "banana fritters" I don't really know how to make them, but I figure they can't be too difficult. What, Bananas, flour, spices, sugar, baking powder as leavening?
I think I'm gonna try to make them. I don't have a recipe, so if anyone thinks of anything, let me know.
should I assume milk instead of water? Or maybe i don't need any 'cause the bananas would be soft and mushy enough?
Hmmm.
