3 Bananas
3 tsp baking powder
1 egg
1c brown sugar
various apple pie spices (cinnamon, cloves, allspice, nutmeg)
3/4 c milk
flour (enough to make it the consistency of thick, thick pancake batter or muffin batter)

I'm so bad at measuring.

but they're YUMMY!!

just mix it up, fry it up, and voila!!!

Oh I love those. I'm not sure if the recipe I use uses eggs, but I guess it's pretty much the same. Pairing them up with vanilla ice (Ice cream. Not the singer. Unless that's what floats your boat. I'm not judging you.) and a tiiiny amount of honey...yum.
