Oh, those are just lovely. You convey so much feeling with your art. I really liked the drawings that didn't make it into the final cut. I loved Allie's barrette (of all things). ;D

However, in the end, I decided to just simplify her so it would be easier to keep the continuity throughout the song. That's the most difficult thing, I find - keeping all of the characters in the same look in all the drawings. ;_;

It's getting better, though.

Wow, you aren't kidding. I don't know how some people do it, really. My Snape looks different depending on the drawing. And it doesn't help that I draw on scrap paper so I don't generally keep any of my art. I'm constantly looking through old posts to see how I did something.

I'm weird about little touches, though. Like when I do the sandals on Snape. It's a bit of a non sequitor, but I love it. I think the barrette really brought home the idea that Allie was a girl. Though the large flower on the shirt should have been clue enough.

I'll say it again, your Harry is my idea of the definitive Harry. Now that I've seen yours, no one else's will ever work for me.

Seeing this post rather made my stomach drop, because I knew that seeing those pictures would force me to view your entry again, and I knew how hard I would cry, especially since I tended toward fragility today.

Really, if I were to list the ten Snape fan creations that are most precious to me, that I will always treasure and could never forget, this would be one of them.

Remember that you promised a synopsis of the story. Even though I know it by heart now, I want to hear it in your words.

I know. I'm working on two projects right now. One of them is for a fest, and should be done today (hopefully), and the other one...

um... sekrit.

but it's in this same world of Harry and Jimmy and Snape and Allie.

Gotta get these two things done, or at least work on them a little, then I'll post my full storyline.

Oh, major thanks for posting those drawings! When I have time a little later today, I will check out and linger over every single one!

And I can't help but agree with accioslash; you've given me a new Harry and without knowing it you influenced a pic I just turned in for the Snarry Swap. :)
